I primarily practice before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble Delhi High Court, various tribunals, and district courts across Delhi-NCR. Over the last nine years, and somewhere between endless case files, urgent mentions, and long hours in court, I have built my practice around civil, commercial, arbitration, and criminal matters.

I regularly represent clients in complex civil disputes involving possession, partition, injunctions, declaration, specific performance, recovery of money, and damages. My practice also includes handling appellate and writ jurisdiction matters, including petitions under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, as well as regular appeals and revision petitions.

Over the years, I have developed significant experience in arbitration matters under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, including appointment of arbitrators, interim reliefs, challenges to arbitral awards, and execution proceedings. I have also represented clients in proceedings before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), and the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC).

In addition to litigation, I advise clients on dispute strategy and risk mitigation, with a focus on practical and commercially sound outcomes. My experience spans a wide range of civil, criminal, and regulatory matters.
